We offer free shipping on all our products across India. Delivery periods typically range from 2 to 5 working days, depending on the delivery location. All orders are dispatched within one business day after payment confirmation.

Before shipping, every product undergoes a thorough 32-point quality inspection to ensure top-notch performance. Upon dispatch, we provide the GST Invoice and tracking details via email and WhatsApp, along with delivery updates facilitated by our courier partner, BlueDart and DTDC.

Key Guidelines for Receiving Your Order

  1. Ensure that the outer packaging is not tampered with, repacked, or damaged.
  2. Record a clear unboxing video (2-3 minutes) showing all sides of the package before opening.
  3. Photograph the phone and accessories from all angles.
  4. Verify that the IMEI number on the invoice matches the IMEI on the device.

Important Information

  • Open deliveries are not supported by our courier partners.
  • Packaging will be plain and unbranded for security purposes. If you notice any signs of tampering, take photographs and contact us immediately while the courier is present.
  • Some packages may exclude the original box or accessories. Do not reject delivery based solely on package weight.

International Buyers

We ship internationally using registered courier services or speed post. Orders are typically dispatched within 0 to 7 days, subject to confirmation at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on courier norms, and while Dealz365 ensures prompt handover to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or postal authorities.
