Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Replacement:

  1. Valid Reasons: Replacements are applicable for products with manufacturing defects, incorrect deliveries, or physical damage.
  2. Unboxing Video: Customers must record a 2-3 minute video while unboxing to validate claims for damage or defects.
  3. Return Conditions:
    • Original packaging and tags must be intact.
    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Inspection Criteria: When the returned product is received, we evaluate:

  • Correct Product: IMEI, brand, and serial number must match the original order.
  • Complete Product: All accessories and freebies must be included.
  • Unused Product: The product must be unused, with all seals and tags intact.
  • Undamaged Product: No scratches, dents, or broken components.
  • Undamaged Packaging: Original box must be intact.

Reporting Issues

  • Report any damage or defects to our support team within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
  • For dissatisfaction or product mismatch, contact us immediately upon receipt.

Replacement Process

  2. Approved requests will include free pickup.
  3. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Processing Time: Replacement requests may take 3-7 days to complete after approval.
