What does the Phonecliq Warranty cover?

Phonecliq Warranty covers any manufacturing defects, hardware issues, and performance-related problems during normal use within the 6-month warranty period.

How do I know if my iPhone has a warranty?

Your warranty duration (6 months) is indicated on your invoice, Warranty Card, and purchase confirmation email.

Where can I find my Warranty Card? Your physical Warranty Card is included in the Phonecliq box received with your Phone.

Additionally, your Order Confirmation email contains warranty information and serves as a digital warranty card.


❌ What’s Not Covered

I broke my screen. What can I do?

Screen damage due to accidental drops is not covered under the PhonecliqWarranty. However, we can guide you to an authorized service center for repairs.

My phone fell and is malfunctioning.

Physical damage from falls or drops is not covered by the warranty. However, we can direct you to an authorized service center for assistance.

Oops, I dropped my phone in water!

Water damage, including any malfunction, corrosion, or liquid exposure damage, is not covered under the Dealz365 Warranty. Devices with visible signs of liquid ingress, such as corrosion on internal components, are excluded from warranty claims.

How will my iPhone be repaired? How long does it take?

Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for doorstep pickup of your iPhone. After repair or replacement, it will be delivered back to your doorstep within a few business days.

How do I check if my iPhone is still under warranty?

To check your warranty status, you can:

  • Log in to your Phonecliq account at Phonecliq.in/account, or
